Addition Over $250,000
This client wanted an Italian outdoor retreat! This amazingly transformed space checks all the boxes with no detail overlooked. The 2 story-tall, screened porch includes a sunken fireplace with custom-made and upholstered benches. The pocketing and bi-fold doors allow the clients to open their home to the new outdoor space, including a pool, hot tub, and kitchen. The patios have created a wonderful place to entertain friends and family. A job very well done!
Entire House Over $1,000,000
This client wanted to renovate their home and put on an addition to meet the needs of their growing family and enjoyment of entertaining. This large addition did come with some design challenges to make it look like it was always part of the home. The existing portion of the home was taken down to the studs and the walls were removed to create an open feel but still have defined rooms throughout. The upgraded kitchen makes for a much more efficient use of space that the homeowners will enjoy for many years.
Residential Kitchen $30,000 - $60,000
A wall between the kitchen and dining room in this home needed to go! These homeowners like to entertain, and the previous layout just wasn’t working. After the wall was removed the flooring was refinished in the entire space. They wanted a clean and modern-looking kitchen with some color, so they decided to make the island blue. Cambria countertops add to the overall look. The new layout and larger kitchen will now allow them to entertain their friends and family. Great job!
Residential Landscape Design/Outdoor Living Over $250,000
This client wanted an outdoor living space that reminds them of the time they spent in Italy. We are told it was a fun project due to the size and it’s something you don’t typically see in Northeast Ohio. Many wonderful features from the pool house, outside shower, and bar area. The outdoor kitchen includes an imported pizza oven, a propane grill, a dishwasher, and more! The screen porch is 2 stories and includes a sunken fireplace. By the way… the pool even has a custom-made tile with the client’s last name initial on it! What a great space to relax and entertain!

Residential Interior $250,000 - $500,000
It was time to renovate this client’s outdated 70’s home. Their goal was to update while keeping some of the original charm. The home was taken down to the studs and the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC were upgraded. All windows, exterior doors, and interior doors were also replaced. These tech-savvy homeowners wanted the house wired to have smart outlets and switches throughout. The outcome was an improved functionality of the home while upgrading the aesthetics. Beautiful work
