Strongsville Transitional Laundry Room

Laundry & Mud rooms

About This Project

The Homeowner's Challenge

The homeowners wanted to update their laundry room as part of a larger first-floor remodel that also included two bathrooms. The existing space lacked efficient storage, durable finishes, and the clean, polished look they envisioned. Their goal was to create a laundry room that was both highly functional for everyday use and cohesive with the home’s updated transitional style.

Hurst's Approach

Hurst Design Build Remodel redesigned the laundry room with custom cabinetry, durable surfaces, and upgraded plumbing fixtures while maintaining the existing utility layout. Carefully selected materials, including quartz countertops, porcelain tile, and custom millwork, provide long-lasting performance while creating a bright, organized workspace. Every finish was chosen to complement the home’s overall transitional design and improve the functionality of one of the hardest-working rooms in the house.

Key Design Features

  • Custom Omega cabinetry with Top Knobs hardware
  • Caesarstone Organic White quartz countertops
