Bathrooms

The homeowners wanted to create a true primary suite by adding a new primary bathroom to their Rocky River home as part of a major addition and renovation. Their existing home lacked a dedicated primary bath, so they envisioned a spacious retreat with a custom shower, double vanity, generous storage, and finishes that complemented the home’s updated style while improving everyday comfort and functionality.

Hurst Design Build Remodel designed a new primary suite centered around a bright, functional bathroom that blends timeless materials with modern convenience. Custom Mullwoods cabinetry, natural dolomite countertops, and a spacious tiled shower create a refined atmosphere, while durable flooring and carefully selected fixtures ensure the space performs beautifully for everyday living. The new bathroom seamlessly integrates into the home’s addition while providing the privacy and comfort of a dedicated owner’s suite.

• Custom Mullwoods cabinetry with Liberty hardware

• Matarazzo dolomite countertops

• Delta vanity faucets paired with Kohler sinks

• Kohler comfort height toilet

• Spacious walk in shower featuring a Delta showerhead, shower valve, towel bars, towel ring, and robe hooks

• IFC Monteagle Oak luxury vinyl flooring

The completed primary bathroom provides the homeowners with the dedicated retreat they had always wanted. The addition creates a comfortable and functional primary suite featuring custom storage, premium materials, and a spacious shower, while blending naturally with the character of the renovated home and enhancing both its livability and long-term value.
