When this Hurst client downsized to this beautiful Gates Mills home they realized they needed more entertaining space. We converted an existing sunroom into a well appointed family room with a bar. By opening up three rooms including the wall from the new family room to the dining room we were able to connect the spaces and improve the flow for entertaining .
