Step Two: Detailed Design
You and your designer will discuss types of materials you’d like to use (custom or stock cabinetry, hardwood or tile floors, etc.) and fine-tune the design. He or she will create a 3-D rendering of your concept, so you’ll get to see what your space will look like.
A site visit will be conducted to provide an in-depth analysis of your home’s systems and provide recommendations for upgrades if needed, and suppliers and subcontractors will provide their cost estimates.
At the end of the Detailed Design phase, you will have a final construction cost estimate and written specifications for the project.
The thorough legwork and teamwork of our designers, estimator and production team result in a plan that we all can follow with confidence.
