Remodeling Service Carpenter
Immediate position available: We are seeking an organized, detail oriented Residential Remodeling Service Technician. Hurst Design Build Remodel is Northeast Ohio’s premier residential design build re-modeler.
Successful candidate must be a skilled re-modeler with at least 10 years of residential construction experience. Must have Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, planning organizational skills.
The job includes maintaining the Hurst Warranty and Home Services process. On the Warranty side this includes servicing all warranty requests, assisting with acquiring all materials required to successfully complete a warranty claim. On the Home Services side the position includes servicing all small home service projects with a focus on providing the highest quality client experience.
Candidate must have valid Ohio State driver’s license. Able to lift up to 75 pounds without assistance. Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, reach, push and pull for long periods of time.
