Pat founded the company with his brother Dan in 1997 and has over 30 years of remodeling experience. Pat is the visionary for the company and possesses the rare combination of business leadership, design and construction experience. His unique perspective on the industry and years of experience make him perfectly suited to lead the company into the future.
Pat has been involved in remodeling hundreds of homes in the Greater Cleveland area and has an amazing foresight for seeing a home’s unique potential and making a client's dream a reality. His designs have won numerous awards and are on the cutting-edge of style and function.

Pat and his wife Melissa have 5 adult children and reside in North Royalton with their youngest daughter Molly and their dog Murphy. Outside of work, Pat is active with coaching travel fastpitch softball and spends all the time he can doing activities outdoors.
