Hurst Partners With Clay Matthews on HOUZZ TV
Clay Matthews III of the Green Bay Packers partnered with Hurst Design-Build Remodel and HOUZZ TV to surprise his brother Brian and sister-in-law Megan with an amazing remodel in Rocky River, Ohio. Clay came to town to meet with Pat Hurst and Hurst designer Bridget DiFilippo to discuss the project and make some important design decisions. The home was totally transformed from cramped rooms with no space for cooking and entertaining to a totally open space great for hosting friends and family and dramatically improved functionality for a growing young family.
Hurst removed walls dividing the kitchen from the small dining room and also removed a front hall closet that made the space seem narrow and cramped. By installing a steel beam to support the second story, the entire space was able to change dramatically.
With twin baby boys on the way - there was not a minute to spare. Hurst called on many of our long-time partners to help make this dream remodel a reality.
