The homeowners wanted to replace a dated kitchen with a contemporary design that better suited their lifestyle and complemented the architecture of their Cleveland Heights home. They were looking for improved functionality, modern finishes, better organization, and a more efficient connection between the kitchen, dining area, and adjacent spaces. The project also included updating the nearby powder room to create a cohesive first-floor experience. 

Hurst Design Build Remodel reconfigured the kitchen layout by relocating the sink, dishwasher, and cooking area to improve workflow while introducing custom cabinetry, premium appliances, and durable finishes. The team also rebuilt portions of the stair access, upgraded electrical and plumbing systems, installed heated flooring, and refreshed the powder room, creating a clean, contemporary space with enhanced comfort and everyday functionality.

• Cambria Britannica quartz countertops paired with a Blanco sink and Moen faucet 

• Miele range with KitchenAid refrigerator and microwave, Zephyr beverage refrigerator, and custom ventilation 

• Qualis Ceramica tile backsplash with CoreTec Vela luxury vinyl plank flooring 

• Heated flooring throughout the kitchen and powder room using the Schluter Ditra system 

• Top Knobs cabinet hardware, Sherwin Williams paint, Baird Brothers trim, and Pella windows 

• Updated powder room with contemporary fixtures and finishes to complement the remodeled kitchen
