Tremont Exterior Modern Renovation
Exterior and Outdoor Living
About This Project
The Homeowner's Challenge
The homeowners love everything about living in Tremont, from the walkable neighborhood and vibrant restaurants to the sweeping views of Downtown Cleveland. What they didn’t love was the home’s dated exterior, which no longer reflected the dramatic transformation taking place inside. Their goal was to create a bold, contemporary facade that complemented the whole home renovation while enhancing curb appeal, maximizing natural light, and strengthening the connection between the home and its urban surroundings.
Hurst's Approach
Hurst Design Build Remodel reimagined the home’s exterior with clean architectural lines, a carefully curated mix of materials, and expansive new windows that flood the interior with natural light. Warm horizontal wood siding was paired with contemporary panel siding to create contrast and visual depth, while a dramatic black entry, modern roofing, and sleek exterior details established a refined, urban aesthetic. Every element was selected to create a cohesive design that complements the home’s modern renovation while respecting the scale and character of the Tremont neighborhood.
