The homeowners wanted to replace their existing deck with a covered outdoor living space that could be enjoyed in every season. They envisioned a comfortable retreat for relaxing and entertaining that included an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace, multiple seating areas, and architectural details that would feel like a natural extension of their Bay Village home. 

Hurst Design Build Remodel designed a custom covered outdoor living addition centered around a vaulted gathering space with a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and integrated entertaining areas. The project replaced the existing deck with a larger composite deck and roof structure while incorporating premium exterior materials, natural stone finishes, and custom-built features that maximize both comfort and functionality.
