The homeowners wanted to replace their aging deck with a true outdoor living space that could be enjoyed throughout the seasons. They envisioned a covered retreat that offered protection from the elements while creating dedicated spaces for cooking, dining, gathering around a fireplace, and relaxing with family and friends. The new design also needed to complement the home’s existing architecture and maximize views of the backyard. 

Hurst Design Build Remodel designed a custom covered outdoor living area that blends rustic character with modern amenities. The project features low-maintenance composite decking, a vaulted wood ceiling, a full masonry fireplace, a built-in grilling station, and thoughtfully integrated materials that create a seamless transition between the home and outdoor entertaining spaces. Every detail was selected to provide lasting durability while creating a comfortable environment for year-round enjoyment.
