Strongsville Transitional Bath
Bathrooms
About This Project
The Homeowner's Challenge
The homeowners wanted to remodel their primary bathroom as part of a larger renovation that also included the hallway bathroom, laundry room, and mudroom. The existing primary bath had an inefficient layout with a wall separating the tub and shower, an angled vanity wall, and limited storage. Their goal was to create a more open, comfortable bathroom with a larger shower, soaking tub, improved vanity storage, and a classic transitional style.
Hurst's Approach
Hurst Design Build Remodel reconfigured the primary bathroom by removing the wall between the tub and shower, rebuilding the vanity area, and creating a dedicated shower with a custom niche and bench. Norcraft cabinetry, quartz countertops, coordinated plumbing fixtures, and layered tile selections bring together traditional details and updated functionality. The revised layout provides a better balance between the bathing, showering, vanity, and storage areas.
