Hinckley Home Addition

Home Additions & Whole House

About This Project

The Homeowner's Challenge

The homeowners wanted to create a home that would better support long-term living by adding a luxurious first-floor primary suite while also expanding their indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Their goals included a spacious bedroom with direct outdoor access, a spa-inspired bathroom, a large custom walk-in closet, a three-season room with a fireplace, and an outdoor patio designed for entertaining family and friends.

Hurst's Approach

Hurst Design Build Remodel designed a comprehensive addition that seamlessly expanded the home’s living space both inside and out. The project included a first-floor primary suite with a vaulted ceiling, a custom walk-in closet, a spa-like bathroom, a three-season room connected by a breezeway, and a spacious outdoor patio. Premium finishes, durable exterior materials, and carefully coordinated architectural details ensured the additions blended beautifully with the original home while enhancing everyday comfort and functionality.
