The homeowners wanted to reconfigure both levels of their Avon Lake home to create better-functioning spaces for daily life, entertaining, and family relaxation. The first floor needed an improved kitchen and laundry room, along with dedicated spaces for games, billiards, television, wine storage, and gathering. Upstairs, they wanted to update the primary suite with improved closet storage and a larger bathroom, while also renovating the hall bath and refreshing millwork throughout the home. 

Hurst Design Build Remodel redesigned the first and second floors around the way the homeowners wanted to use each space. The kitchen and laundry areas were reworked for better function, while former formal rooms were repurposed into a game room, billiards room, TV room, and custom wine room. Upstairs, the primary bedroom gained separate custom closets and a remodeled bathroom with a large tiled shower, while the hall bathroom was updated with new fixtures, finishes, and storage. New cabinetry, flooring, millwork, lighting, and Marvin windows created a cohesive look throughout the home.
