After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design & Textiles from Western Michigan University, Kristie began her career in New York’s fashion industry, where she spent nearly a decade refining her eye for design, detail, and creativity. She later transitioned into residential interior design, bringing that same design sensibility to the homes she creates today.

Before joining Hurst Design Build Remodel, Kristie spent three years as a Project Designer with another design-build firm, guiding homeowners through every stage of the remodeling process from initial concepts to the finished space.

Kristie enjoys collaborating with clients to create homes that are both beautiful and highly functional. She is passionate about designing spaces that reflect each homeowner’s lifestyle while meeting their everyday needs.

Outside of work, Kristie enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with family and friends. She stays busy supporting her three teenage sons at their hockey and soccer games and shares her Lakewood home with her beloved dog, Phoebe.
