As Hurst’s Director of First Impressions, Maggie is often the first friendly face or voice our clients encounter, and she takes that responsibility to heart. With a background in administrative support and a natural gift for organization and communication, Maggie brings warmth, professionalism, and positivity to every interaction.

Outside the office, Maggie stays busy with a wide variety of interests, including puzzles, board games, crafting with friends, attending comedy shows and concerts, traveling, and hiking. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and also works for Empower Sports, an organization dedicated to creating meaningful athletic and social opportunities for people of all abilities.

Maggie lives in Lakewood and enjoys all that Northeast Ohio has to offer, especially exploring the Cleveland Metroparks, taking advantage of the area’s walkability, and supporting the vibrant local community. She loves introducing her nieces and nephews to the many attractions, parks, and experiences that make Northeast Ohio such a special place to live and visit.

“I take pride in making people feel welcome. I love being able to bring my strengths to the team at Hurst,” Maggie says.
